The Adventures of Jack complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and complies with applicable children's privacy statutes. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at kinements@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
The adventures of Jack does not transmit data about a user or require users to share personal information, such as email address and date of birth.
The Adventures of Jack does not collect, transmit, or have the capability to share personal information (e.g. name, address, email, location, photos, videos, drawings, the ability to chat, other personal data, or persistent identifiers used in combination with any of the above) from a minor and complies with applicable children's privacy statutes.
The Adventures of Jack is intended for audiences under the age of 5 or ages 6-8.
The Adventures of Jack is primarily intended for use by kids and does not include behavioral advertising or any contextual ads.
At this time there is no external linkage outside the app but if subsequent versions consist of these options kids must get parental permission or use a parental gate before allowing the user to link out of the app or engage in commerce
